When making a purchase on our site, you agree to provide a valid email address and shipping address. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order if necessary.

In the event of cancellation after payment has been processed, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid. Although we aim to provide accurate estimates of delivery times and shipping costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds on goods

We accept refund requests for products meeting one of the following conditions:

• →The item does not match the description provided;
• →The item is the wrong size (due to an error on our part).

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the goods or services.

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

• →Error in the sizes provided by the customer;
• →Error in the colours or information provided by the customer.

Écran Blanc Inc. and its employees assume responsibility for problems arising directly from the normal use of this site. However, they cannot be held liable for damages caused by irregular, abusive or non-compliant use of these terms.

As a user, you agree to indemnify Écran Blanc Inc. against any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, including the laws of the province of Quebec.
