Écran Blanc Inc. (hereinafter “we”) is a garment and promotional-product decoration company based in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. We respect the privacy of the people we interact with and are committed to protecting their personal information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR, c. P-39.1).

This policy describes the personal information we collect through our ecranblanc.ca website, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding it.

Online forms

When you fill out a quote request or contact form on our site, we collect the information you provide to us directly.

Cookies and analytics tools

Our site uses Google Tag Manager to deploy audience-measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, Bing). Other tools are loaded directly by the site: Zoho PageSense (audience measurement) and Zoho SalesIQ (live chat). These tools place cookies on your device and collect technical browsing data, only according to the categories you accept.

You can accept or decline each cookie category (analytics, marketing) via the consent banner shown on your first visit, and change your choices at any time. Some site features may then be limited.

Newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your contact details are collected through our subscription form and managed by the Cyberimpact platform.

We collect your personal information only for the following purposes:

• →Send our newsletter, if you have consented to it
• →Improve our website and offerings using aggregated browsing data
• →Ensure the proper functioning of our IT systems

Access to personal information is limited to team members who need it to perform their duties:

Some providers have access to personal information as part of the services they provide on our behalf:

• →Supabase — application database

These providers do not use your information for any purpose other than those for which we have engaged them.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction:

• →Technical measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), password-restricted access
• →Administrative measures — access to data limited to authorized persons
• →Organizational measures — designation of a person responsible for the protection of personal information

Our catalogue offers a conversational assistant that helps you choose products. Using it is optional. Conversations are kept separate from any quote request:

• →What is recorded — the text of the messages and answers, the products suggested, and the date and duration of each exchange. Email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses and names written in the conversation are automatically masked before being recorded. This masking does not catch everything: do not enter personal information in the conversation.
• →What is not recorded — neither your IP address, nor an identifier of your device, nor your contact details. Each conversation carries a random number that exists nowhere else.
• →Purpose — solely to improve the understanding of requests, product recommendations and the quality of exchanges. Conversations are not used to identify you, track you or solicit you.
• →Separation from quotes — a conversation is never linked to a customer, a quote request or an order. If you request a quote, only the products you selected and the information you enter in the form are sent to us, never the conversation history. You then receive a PDF presentation of these products by email.
• →Usage limits — to prevent abuse, a non-reversible technical fingerprint of your IP address is used to calculate usage limits. It is automatically erased after about two days and is never linked to conversations.
• →Retention — conversations are automatically deleted 90 days after the last message.
• →Access — only authorized Écran Blanc staff can view conversations, to analyze how the assistant performs.
• →Artificial intelligence provider — messages, once masked, are sent to Anthropic (Claude model), whose servers are located in the United States, solely to produce the answers. Your IP address and contact details are not sent to it.
