- Can you design the jersey, or do I have to come with my files?
- Both. Many clubs come with a vague idea ('we want black and red with a fleur-de-lys'), and we build the design from scratch. Others already have their brand guidelines and logo, and we work with what we have. Either way, we come back with a mockup to approve before production.
- How do you handle collecting sizes, names and numbers?
- We open a private ordering page where each player or parent enters their own size, name and number. No more manual collection, no more emails getting lost. Everything is centralized on our side, and we produce based on the information received. It eliminates errors and takes a task off your list.
- What lead time should I plan for a full team order?
- For full sublimated uniforms, plan 4 to 6 weeks from final mockup approval. The sooner you contact us, the more we protect your first-game date. For practice apparel, it's 10 to 15 business days.
- Can you set up an online store to sell to parents and fans?
- Yes. We open a temporary online store for your club for 2 to 4 weeks. Parents order online, we produce in one batch at the end of the period, and we deliver to the club or directly to families. No inventory to manage, no financial risk.
