- What's the lead time for my order?
- Most of our orders ship in 10 to 15 business days after mockup approval. For urgent orders — new hires, a job site starting fast — we can often prioritize. Just ask.
- Do you provide the apparel?
- Yes, we provide everything. We have access to a wide catalogue of workwear and hi-vis apparel. It's simpler and faster to run everything through us.
- What's the minimum order?
- For apparel, the minimum is 6 units. Perfect for a small team or a new hire getting started.
- Can you customize each employee's name in addition to the logo?
- Yes, it's a common request. We do it regularly: company logo on the chest, the employee's first name on the other side or on the sleeve.
- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in Quebec and Canada. Most of our construction clients are in Montérégie, Montreal and the South Shore, but we have clients as far as Quebec City and in the Eastern Townships.
