- I have a conference in 4 weeks — can you deliver?
- Often yes, but it depends on complexity and volume. Ideally, contact us 6 to 8 weeks ahead. The sooner we talk, the more we can guarantee on-time delivery.
- Do you keep our files for future orders?
- Yes. Once your logo is digitized, we keep the file for all your future orders. No need to start from scratch every time.
- Can you deliver to several addresses?
- Yes. If your company has several sites or teams, we can ship separately to each address. We've done this for clients with 4 or 5 sites across Quebec.
- What's the minimum order?
- For apparel, the minimum is 6 units. Perfect for a small team or a new hire getting started.
