- Do you only work with businesses?
- We work with contractors, SMBs, sports clubs, associations and event organizers. If you have a team to outfit or a brand to promote, we have what you need. Whether you're ordering 12 pieces or 500.
- Do you accept small quantities?
- Yes. Our minimum is 6 units, perfect for a launch, an event or a small team.
- How long does it take to receive my order?
- On average 10 to 15 business days depending on the product and quantity. And if you're in a hurry, we have a rush option. Either way, we confirm a date up front and we stick to it.
- What if I'm not happy with the result?
- We run a rigorous quality check before every delivery. If a product is defective, we replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
