What is the minimum order?

For apparel, the minimum is generally 6 units. For promotional products, it varies by product and technique. For example, screen printing is more cost-effective on medium to large quantities, while heat transfer (DTF) allows smaller orders. We'll recommend the best option for your needs.

How long until I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 business days after payment. The timeline depends on the product type, the technique used and the quantity. We always confirm the expected date before starting production.

What types of products can I customize?

Apparel (t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, beanies, caps) and a wide range of promotional products. We have access to thousands of products, including organic and locally made options. Our team guides you to the product that best reflects your image.

Do you offer organic or locally made apparel?

Yes, we have access to organic and locally made collections. These options are available for several types of apparel, notably t-shirts, polos and sweatshirts, and are perfect for showcasing your eco-responsible values.

What customization techniques do you use?

Screen printing, heat transfer (DTF), sublimation and custom embroidery. We advise you on the best technique based on quantity, artwork and the effect you're after.

Can I see a preview before production?

Yes, we always send you a proof for approval before starting production. This lets you confirm the colours, layout and dimensions, to avoid any surprises.

What are the average prices?

Price depends on the product, the technique and the quantity. As a rough guide:

  • Basic 1-colour t-shirt: $10 to $20, depending on quantity and quality
  • Hoodie: $35 to $60
  • Cap: $10 to $25, depending on technique and quality

These rates are averages. The main factors: type of garment, number of colours, print locations, total quantity.

What type of file or image should I provide?

A vector file (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) or a high-resolution image (300 DPI minimum). A good-quality file ensures a sharp, professional result. If you're unsure about your image quality, we can check it for you.

Can I provide my own apparel for customization?

Generally, no. We source our apparel at wholesale prices that are often more advantageous. Providing your own apparel also raises liability concerns: if a garment is damaged during production, we won't be able to replace it. By working with our products, we guarantee the final result and cover any reruns.

Why is it called Écran Blanc?

It comes from the screen-printing screen — the one used to print artwork onto apparel. And like a blank page, a blank screen ("écran blanc") is the starting point: the surface ready to receive your ideas and bring them to life.
